Volunteer Chaplain
NWAS is an inclusive and compassionate organisation driven by the three value principles:
- Working together.
- Being at our best.
- Making a difference in service to our people, patience and communities.
Our commitment to equality and inclusion feeds into everything we do and is a responsibility shared by everyone in the Trust.
This role is vital in helping to foster wellbeing, offer comfort, and provide a compassionate presence to those who may need a listening ear or guidance during challenging times.
In addition to offering general support in your local area, your expertise may also be called upon to assist with specific issues relating to faith, belief, or spirituality across our trust. We welcome applicants from all faiths and belief systems who are committed to inclusive, respectful, and non-judgmental support.
If you have a heart for people, a calling to support others in a meaningful way, and are trained in pastoral ministry by your faith or belief community, we’d love to hear from you.
